Watch This When You're High - What's The Most Indestructible Animal To Ever Live On Earth?

Anti Nuke Cockroach, Space Water Bears, Bulletproof Dinos & Immortal Worms are just some of the incredible animals we look at as we determine the Toughest Most Indestructible Animal Ever!

Shout out to @arksbark for this suggestion. This video was nuts in the fact I never knew about "Space water bears" or the regenerative worms being able to live forever like that.

So I looked up some of the things mentioned in this individually.

The 3 most random ones, also around today-

Wiki - Tardigrades, often whimsically referred to as "water bears" or "moss piglets," are microscopic marvels epitomizing resilience and endurance. These eight-legged, water-dwelling creatures, no larger than a speck of dust, have fascinated scientists with their ability to survive in the most extreme conditions imaginable. Capable of enduring temperatures as low as -328°F (-200°C) and as high as 304°F (151°C), vacuum-like conditions of space, immense pressures far greater than those found in the deepest ocean trenches, and lethal doses of radiation, tardigrades defy the limits of biological tenacity. They accomplish these feats through a process called cryptobiosis, effectively halting their metabolism and entering a state of suspended animation until conditions become favorable again. This incredible survival strategy ensures their persistence in almost every habitat on Earth, from the highest mountains to the deepest seas, making tardigrades one of the most indestructible organisms known to science.

Wiki - Cockroaches are renowned for their remarkable resilience, capable of surviving radiation doses up to 10 times higher than lethal levels for humans due to their simpler cell cycles and slower cell division. Their minimal physiological needs, coupled with a high tolerance for environmental extremes, allow them to live without food for a month and thrive in challenging conditions. Additionally, their rapid reproduction rate and preference for residing in protected habitats like deep crevices or underground provide a natural shield against direct and indirect nuclear effects. While their ability to withstand initial radiation exposure is notable, the long-term aftermath of nuclear fallout, such as habitat and food source destruction, would still pose significant challenges to their survival, tempering myths of their indestructibility in nuclear scenarios.

Warning - These are some of the grossest things I've ever seen in my life.

Wiki-  Flatworms, specifically those belonging to the genus Planaria, possess an extraordinary ability that borders on biological immortality. These simple invertebrates are renowned for their remarkable regenerative capabilities, powered by a unique type of stem cell known as neoblasts. Neoblasts can differentiate into any cell type needed by the flatworm, allowing it to repair or replace damaged tissues and organs, or even regenerate entire sections of its body if necessary. This ability not only grants them a form of resilience to physical damage but also plays a crucial role in their longevity. As flatworms age, they can effectively renew their bodies through regeneration, continuously replacing old or damaged cells with new ones. This process potentially allows them to bypass the traditional biological constraints of aging, leading to what could be described as a form of biological immortality, where the limits of their lifespan are not defined by the aging process but rather by environmental factors or predation.

Keep the suggestions coming. Keep them classy. No butt stuff.
