Kate Middleton Has Cancer, And We All Deserve To Go To Hell For Making Jokes At Her Expense

Well, that's it. Egg on our fucking faces. We should all be deeply ashamed.

I know its a natural response to anything scandalous or intriguing to make jokes. It's basically, like, my whole bit. Making fun of anything and everything we see online, regardless of whatever the truth may be. The Royal Family is easy to poke fun at because most people don't take them seriously, as people. They forget that not only do they belong to a family that has an extraordinary amount of rules and procedures, but that they are quite shackled when it comes to addressing the press, and making any kind of announcement - good or bad. 

I think every way this was handled PR wise, was a mistake. I also think it was extremely fucked up for us all to drag these poor people through the mud when not only were they processing the devastating news above, but trying to explain it to their kids in a way that they would understand. Speaking for myself, I did NOT expect this at all and I'm fucking embarrassed how quickly I turned on people that I claim to be a fan of. It's easy to shout claims of divorce, start bringing up old rumors of affairs and paint a picture that is completely untrue with past colors you've been given, that don't make any sense. It's wrong, and unfortunately this was a lesson to learn at Kate Middleton's expense. 

I hope treatment goes well for her, and we can hear good news out of the palace sooner rather than later. God Save (the future) Queen.
