Virginia Is The Worst Team We've Ever Seen Selected For The NCAA Tournament, The Committee Should Be Banned For Eternity For Their Stupidity

I can't believe we had to watch that. Honestly I could have wrote this blog at halftime but I needed to see how bad it could get after 14 points in the first half! My 4-year old son's YMCA league legit scored more than that in a half. I know because he made me keep score. We believe in winners and losers in this house. And you know who is a loser? The committee. Well, Virginia, but also the committee. They somehow decided THIS team was worth a bid? 

I'm not using hyperbole here. Virginia was the worst at-large bid I've ever seen. There's no stat that can prove you otherwise. They are egregiously low on all metrics. They have basically one quality win. They lost at home to Pitt! They needed overtime to beat Boston College! How the fuck did they get in here? How did the committee sit here and decide to rob us of Robbie Avila, Rick Pitino, Seton Hall, Devin Carter, Blake Hinson or even Oklahoma for this disaster? 

There's nothing people can say that is a reasonable argument for Virginia. 

Shit, I tried to warn everyone. I made an effort to get this banned. 

What does the committee do? PUT THEM IN. Put them in a standalone game. Not even Virginia fans wanted to watch this shit. They get hit with graphics about not scoring in an hour of real time or how they haven't won a game since 2019 and how every loss was to a double digit seed. Of all things we saw publicly today this was the worst. Eh, actually, I re-read something and it's a lot closer than I originally thought. 

Kick every single person on the committee off the committee and they should be banned from college basketball forever. They shouldn't even be allowed to watch a college basketball game from the comfort of their home. If there can be parental controls so people can't watch porn, we can figure out a way to block their TVs from college games. I'd argue this committee hurt the college game more than anything. All we had for 2+ hours tonight was people talking about how much it sucks because of Virginia. No shit it's not the same talent of the NBA. But this? This wasn't even basketball.
