FUN EAGLES REPORTS: Nick Sirianni Needs Big Dom To Babysit Him, Jalen Hurts Couldn't Handle Contract Pressure, AJ Brown Goes At Philly Media - Again

Well this is cute. Real cute. And this isn't Craig Carton running his mouth from NY with zero public sources or evidence whatsoever. Derrick Gunn is as connected as they come. Easily the #1 locker room reporter for somebody doesn't work directly for the team. So if Gunner is saying it, there's at least some truth to the statement.

And that's why it's super cute. Not so much Jalen Hurts having a slump induced by high pressure situations on and off the field. That sort of stuff, while shitty and might seem unacceptable by some of the fanbase, can be overcome. Should it be overlooked? Hell no. But it's fixable, especially with how Jalen Hurts (at least appears) as a football player/leader/human.

It's WAY more of an issue that the head coach of the Philadelphia Eagles requires a babysitter on the sidelines to avoid going apeshit on players/coaches during games. I mean, if the team is winning and that sort of dynamic works, OK? Big Dom should be Sirianni's personal life coach on the sideline. But when the Eagles became an embarrassing catastrophe and part of the reason apparently is because the HEAD COACH of the football team requires someone to keep him in check...I don't know, either, man. I just don't know.

Onto AJ Brown going at the media yet again - NOT EXACTLY WRONG:

Excellent quote by Schmidty there. The more things change the more they stay the same. And AJ is right. Even tho there are people who can see/read thru the BS, there are still the loud majority that will rail false narratives until the end of time. It sucks. I'm not exactly condoning Swoll Batman for continuing to come at the media in various ways, but I definitely sympathize with him.

Nobody wants this to get worse before it gets better but everything that's been coming out from the Novacare Complex since mid-season doesn't exactly inspire confidence. Let's just hope the offseason heals all wounds and we get back to what solves everything - WINNING.

Get it together, Birds. Please. We miss this.
