Tracy Chapman Performing Fast Car With Luke Combs Tonight At The Grammy's For Her First Performance In Years Was Beautiful
I'm not crying you're crying. I'm pretty sure I'm going to receive a text from Dante saying that I'm not allowed to blog this because he's the "only one allowed to blog music", but we're like half an hour in and this still isn't blogged. Disgraceful on what is going to be the performance of the night if you ask me!
This was Tracy Chapman's first performance in public in years, and man did she kill it. She hasn't aged a day and still has the voice of an angel with healing powers that Barstool NYC could desperately use to save them from conflict. I don't want to harp on Dave here because his intentions were good and he was just supporting our girl Bri, but what a miss to not recognize why they were showing Zach Bryan with Kacey Musgraves, who he has songs with:
Loved the "We don't know that girl, who is that, his muthergirlfriend" in his Boston accent. Peak Dave there. "Rare Pres L" the kids are saying in the comments, not me. Anyway, off to go watch this performance 100 more times tonight because it gets better every single time. Show more of this and less camera pans to Taylor Swift every two seconds and I'd watch the Grammy's every year. God bless Tracy Chapman.
P.S. Dante is live watching the Grammy's if you want live coverage:
