Wake Up Babe: Billy Joel Just Dropped A New Song For The 1st Time In DECADES

Once upon a time Han Solo was frozen & became unfrozen. The Patriots were down 28-3 in a Super Bowl & won. Gamestop was a bad stock then made a bunch of people a bunch of money. Great comebacks happen every so often and now we have another with the man himself BILLY JOEL. The man has not released new tunes since literally 19 fucking 93 and on this beautiful February 1st we have been blessed with a brand new jam!! I get maybe someone from the great states of Kansas or Oregon won't be too thrilled about this, but for a person from the New York area? This might as well be Jesus coming back to life. It's just thrilling to hear that voice cook again.

And as for the song itself? I wrote a few weeks ago about how friggen awesome it would be if the man just cooked up an insane upbeat banger like You May Be Right or Still Rock N' Roll To Me at the ripe age of 74, though I figured that probably was out of the cards...and it was. For a slow tune though? NOT HALF BAD. The man, shockingly enough, still has it and will never come close to losing it as the dude simply refuses to stop playing shows as well. I see a new show added to his instagram every damn day! Am I gonna throw this up there as an all-time great tune for him? Of course not though I'm just glad the song doesn't stink. Don't let Bill get hot is all I'm gonna say.
