From A Billboard To Hitting The Jordan Shrug - The Sorry Ass NCAA Should Be Forced To Publicly Apologize For Keeping Big Z Away From Us

That sound you heard is me coming down from the multi-hour erection and laughing fit after realizing Kentucky is adding a 7'2" pro who can do shit like that to a team that already was a title contender. Don't believe me? Fine. That's why I added Norlander, Titus and everyone else to say the same. No homer reaction here at Barstool Sports - which always cracks me up, because the fuck you think we did all these years? Anyways, this is so much more than just that. This is about how the NCAA got bullied into the correct ruling and how a 7'2" kid won the hearts of every single man and woman around the greatest program in college basketball.

Now I'm starting to think the only reason they kept him ineligible was to save the rest of the country. They tried their hardest to give Calipari a fuck you since he's been clean at Kentucky and they just want to punish us. So they saw the footage of this kid knocking down 3s, making behind the back passes and protecting the rim and decided to rule him ineligible. That is until bullying worked and they were basically forced to admit they fucked up and let him play.

You want a little basketball talk with what Big Z does? Fine. I can do that. Welcome to versatile lineup hell. UK started the season with 0 bigs, played a true 5-out offense, moving Tre Mitchell to the 5. What that did was open up lanes for DJ Wagner, Justin Edwards, etc while surrounding everyone with shooters. Then when Bradshaw and Ugo became healthy the concept stayed but you would typically have a 4-out, 1-in offense a little more. That said, Bradshaw is elite at the shortside mid-range jumper that keeps the lane open. Now you can run Big Z with any of them. Want to run 5-out and go small? Move him to the 5 and go 4 guards. Want to go big? Fine. Play him at the 4 and Bradshaw or Ugo in the 5. Foul trouble is no longer a problem, rim protection is also now better. Hence why it was vital for this to happen.

That ends the serious basketball talk for now.

How can you not love this guy? Hitting the Jordan shrug after your 3rd three in your first game is fucking hilarious. Then he gets a technical for hanging on the rim after a dunk, loses a fight to a water bottle. He's must watch and he's played 1 game against Georgia. A real shame the sorry ass NCAA tried to keep him from us. Now you're all in big, big trouble.
