Jackson Mahomes Just Beat the Rap on His Charges of Aggravated Sexual Assault

The Kansas City Chiefs might be enduring their most difficult stretch in the last six years. They may have lost three out of their last five games. The could even be under .500 since the end of October. And you might say that Patrick Mahomes' body language has shown him to be more visibly frustrated than we've ever seen him be. 

But it's not all bad for the Chiefs or Mahomes. Because Jackson Mahomes just delivered a much needed win. For himself anyway. Because America's most notorious coattail riding, name cashing, TikTok dancing, social media influencing, celebrity brother is about to walk on what has been an obvious, open-and-shut case of violent sexual assault:

One that not only traumatized the alleged victim, but ultimately destroyed her business:

But rest assured, fans of Jackson's unique brand of flaunting his charmed life and unearned wealth on Instagram. your favorite gravy train passenger will be showing off his skilled dance moves for years to come. The case against him is being dropped:

Source - Prosecutors are reportedly moving to get the felony charges against Jackson Mahomes dropped, claiming the alleged victim is no longer cooperating.

Jackson, the 23-year-old younger brother of Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes, was accused of forcibly kissing a restaurant owner inside her Overland Park establishment back in February 2023. 

But she has now told prosecutors that she no longer wants to press charges, according to TMZ. 

There's not much more to add, other than to say you can't blame the prosecutors. I've spent years around friends in that line of work and seen what they go through trying to put a case together. As they'll say in private company, they don't get to choose their victims. Sometimes they're not the most sympathetic or believable witnesses. Other times they don't want to go through with a trial, which is the case here. And it's even less likely when it's a domestic violence situation. I can't count how many times working in the court system I saw the very same victims who called 911 pleading for help verbally abuse the very people who were working to put the boyfriend or husband who assaulted them away. 

Nor can you blame the restaurant owner in this case. Because anyone going through the process of testifying in a trial is going to end up getting a different kind of abuse. The defendant has (and deserves) the right to face their accuser. It's a lot to ask the victim to face their abuser. Even if you argue that by refusing to cooperate they're exposing some other women to harm. that's a big ask. And hard to imagine asking it of someone you care about and want to protect.

Now try to picture having to go through with it when the defendant has millions of dollars and just as many social media followers.  These are the impossible odds the prosecution was facing from the outset. In a situation like this, it's asymmetrical warfare. And the elephant in the room is the likelihood that she was offered some of that Mahomes family fortune in exchange for her silence. Which is something that the rich and powerful have been doing to buy themselves and their idiot family members out of trouble since money was invented. 

Whatever the case, all you can hope for is that this woman is able to find peace and move on with her life. And that the world now knows enough to keep the degenerate fuckboy Jackson Mahomes under constant surveillance so he doesn't feel entitled to jam his foul tongue in an unsuspecting victim's mouth ever again. A better outcome would've been a conviction, followed by Mahomes finding out what it's like to be the weaker one in a power dynamic. But the world and the justice system that serves it are far from perfect. Just keep your eyes on a swivel around this prick, ladies.
