Will Levis Doesn't Want Any Tennessee Fans To Start Cheering For Him Now, Knows That You Should Hate A Rival Forever
This right here is what it's about. It's why I will die defending Will Levis, something the Titans offensive line should think about from time to time, but that's just me on my recliner saying it. Will Levis is Kentucky football. Sometimes looks like the greatest quarterback in the world, sometimes loses to Vanderbilt. It's the life we signed up for cheering for this team. But now it's bigger than that. It's about him, now playing in Nashville, telling those disgusting fans to stay away. Hated him before because you're a Vol, don't be coming around now.
Trust me, I understand what's going on here. I know that Tennessee (barely) has Kentucky's number in football. But the fact is I don't want the hate to go away. It's something that drives a rivalry no matter how lopsided the history can be. I want Will Levis and every other player who wore Kentucky blue for one game to feel this way. We bitch and moan all the time now about how players are too nice to each other and how we've lost rivalries. Let's not lose this one.
I love the fact that there are Tennessee fans out there (including one who works at this here company) who hates Will Levis with a passion. My only wish was Big T was smart enough to pick the Titans over the Falcons. Not to mention Levis, not bad this year! Not like he's setting the world on fire but he's been just fine as a 2nd round pick coming in as a rookie.
Hate Tennessee now, forever and always. Fuck it, I hope Levis wins one Super Bowl as long as it never costs the Giants. I want to see the Vol/Titans fan crossover try to figure that one out.
