Looks like Shohei Ohtani is in the giving spirit this Holiday season. Joe Kelly so graciously gave up his beloved #17 jersey to Shohei when he joined the Dodgers, Kelly's wife even started a hashtag to try and convince Shohei to come to the Dodgers and take Joe's #17. That is exactly what he did. I blogged a few weeks back about Kelly revealing his new number 99 and has wondered what the haul was going to be for the jersey number, and now we know. A brand new Porsche for Kelly's wife earns him Husband of the Year right as time was about to expire. Got it in just under the bell, right in time for Christmas too. He didn't have to spend a dime this Christmas and he still got his wife the best gift on the block. Best Christmas in the Kelly house....ever? Wife gets a whip, he doesn't have to spend money? Wife is in a super good mood. Everything coming up Joe! Shohei better be careful too. He's giving out cars like it's his job, you're only making $2 Million this season bud! Watch it! Get this guy a financial advisor ASAP! It was only right Kelly's wife got the car, she was the one putting on the full court press on social media, she knew what was at stake. 

Pretty sick move by Ohtani, it really is the ultimate flex. You've got to wonder if Kelly just pulled off the biggest heist in jersey number history. Getting a Porsche for the #17? He probably would have done it for an autographed bat or something. Joe Kelly and his wife Ashley are by far made out the best in this Ohtani to LA situation.
