A Massachusetts Woman Won $25 Million On A Scratch-Off Lottery Ticket After ALREADY Winning $1 Million On A Scratch-Off In 2006

USA Today- A Massachusetts woman has won $25 million in a scratch-off game 17 years after she won another big jackpot. Desiree Fortini-Craft of Hyde Park won $25 million from the Massachusetts Lottery's $50 Billion Dollar Extravaganza instant game last month after buying a ticket in West Roxbury. The win comes 17 years after Fortini-Craft won $1 million on another scratch-off ticket in 2006, the lottery said. That's not the only reason Fortini-Craft's win is remarkable. It's also the largest instant prize ever offered on a Massachusetts Lottery scratch-off ticket.

This right here is about as stunning as a headline as you could see. A 2x lottery winner? Those exist? There's 2x Stanley Cup Champions. There's 2x Nathan's Hot Dog Eating Contest champions. There's 2x drunkest guy amongst your friends on Thanksgiving Eve's...but 2x lottery winner for OVER A MILLION both times?!?!? Desiree was already lucky enough to wrangle in the small loan win of a $1 Million in 2006 which is a HELL of a victory and that's coming from someone that once won $50 on a Christmas scratch-off in high school. Desiree clearly then kept playing and REALLY struck gold 17 years later in the present day. $25 Million dollars!!!!!! That is some set-for-life money and she won it off a goddamn scratch off!
