Somebody Is Selling A "House" That Was Definitely A Straight Up Underground Club Of Some Sort In Chicago And I Have Many Questions

Realtor - Phenomenal opportunity in fabulous River North location! This one of a kind condo has all the space and exposure you have been looking for! A wonderful space in the heart of it all! Huge rooms, high ceilings, and a great floor plan. Stone fireplace. Massive kitchen with island and very large breakfast bar. Lower level with additional space including built in desk area with granite counters/table top. Updates include new furnace, new ac and new hot water tank. The unit can be accessed through the building or has it's own private entrance at 422 W Grand Ave. Extraordinary location near the East Bank Club, shopping and restaurants. An incredible unit!

Man oh man do I have a lot of questions after seeing this listing and these pictures.

I've been in the nightlife industry for a very long time. I've been to some seedy places, met some very scrupulous and shady characters, and heard about much worse. Yet somehow I have never heard of or seen this place until now.

And I know where this building is. Everybody in Chicago does. It's on Grand right by the river right before you get to the bridge.

What the hell was this place? Had to be a swingers club or something right?

The amount of mirrors in this place leads me to believe that, as I've heard, swingers love to watch themselves and watch others watching them.

That's the grand foyer entrance. Who's normal home looks like that???

This is the "bathroom". Gotta ask Eddie's boy the pornking if this has ever been in a brazzers video before.

It has a bar bigger and wider than most bars in the city.

I feel like Nick and KB really missed a huge opportunity by pulling the trigger on apartments in West Loop as the cocaine energy in this place is off the charts. Think of the videos and stories we could be getting out of them had they chosen to room together and go half on this steal of a place.

I don't even know where to begin with the second floor…

What the fuck is this?

More mirrors. Of course.

And are those storage lockers/cubbies along the wall? So strange.

If anybody knows who used to live and/or swing here, I'd love to know. I think we have no choice but to get them on the Dog Walk to tell some stories. I'm willing to bet big money Dennis Rodman frequented this place.
