I find the whole coaches complaining about losing guys to the transfer portal annoying as hell. Of course coaches hate it because they can lose players and if a coach isn't in power they freak out. But this? This is fucking hilarious. It's so desperate sounding that I can only applaud Dave Clawson for talking about how Notre Dame doesn't love Sam Hartman. They are basically just hooking up, leaving and hanging out. They aren't in the phase when you send the same text at the same time every day asking what's for dinner. Sam Hartman is probably scared to fart around Notre Dame right now.

Why wouldn't Notre Dame talk about how much they love Hartman though? This is Notre Dame. Sure, they aren't gonna win any titles soon, but they can go out and land whoever they want for the most part. So you take a guy like Hartman, show other recruits in the stands there how much you love him and move on.

I need to know how long Clawson had this one loaded in the chamber? They played Notre Dame when the original video/ND blasting I Will Always Love You for Hartman. I know that seems cruel, you can't play Wake on his Senior Day. But, did Clawson go home and just start bitching to his wife about it? This really does feel like the whole Billy Madison bit
