Nathan Fielder And Emma Stone Brilliantly Trolled The "Anyone But You" Trailer While Promoting Their New TV Show

In my opinion, Nathan Fielder can do no wrong. I think he's one of the most brilliant minds in the history of comedy, and I worship the ground that he walks on. I'm not even joking about that. I think "Nathan For You" is the greatest thing ever made by humans. Nathan Fielder, to me, is a mind that just operates on a different wavelength than I will ever understand. While promoting his new TV show "The Curse," he and co-star Emma Stone brilliantly mocked the recent trailer for the new Romantic comedy "Anyone But You" starring Sydney Sweeney and the guy from "Top Gun: Maverick" who she's totally not having an affair with. 

That's one hell of a turnaround for a trailer that was released two days ago. I have to say, for someone whose star is shining pretty bright right now, Sydney Sweeney had two trailers released this week for movies that looked ass-tastic. Anyway, back to the good stuff. In typical Nathan Fielder fashion, this was not the end of the bit. Fielder is a master of taking things one step farther than they have any right to go, making them immensely funnier with each step in his creative process. He went to the Notes app to explain why he and Emma Stone's promo looked so derivative. 

The guy is a master of marketing. I also have to say it’s great to see Emma Stone back in movies and TV shows. She never really went away, but it’s been a few years since she’s been in the public eye. She’s one of my favorite movie stars in my lifetime. Yeah, Castellani might’ve had a crush on her back in the day. I’m really excited to watch “The Curse.“ Word of mouth has been really good, and I’ll watch anything that these two are in.
