Killers Of The Flower Moon Is Not Worth Four Hours Of Your Time

Killers of the Flower Moon is a Martin Scorcese joint. It's got a star studded cast with Leonardo DiCaprio, Robert DeNiro, Jesse Plemons and a bunch of surprise ones towards the end. This movie is slated to release nationwide tomorrow, but for some reason it was out in a bunch of theaters in Chicago today and I had a couple hours to kill. So I asked my buddy Jersey Jerry to join me as we were both staying at work for the stream tonight. He's not a movie guy, but agreed to join me.

So we headed to a theater nearby and leaned back in our seats.

Admittedly, when I looked up the movie, it was listed as over 200 minutes. Time wasn't a particular concern as we ended up catching a 3pm showing and had more than enough time before Thursday Night Football. 3 hours and 45 minutes later, we emerged from the theater. 

Somehow this is 94% on rotten tomatoes, but I don't see how anybody could love this movie. The ending was so odd they legit tried to make this dang thing five hours. Unreal. It would've been decent if it was two hours shorter, but for some reason they took no artistic liberties to shorten the real story. Not ideal. There is a lot of buzz around it, but in my opinion, you can spend four hours a better way this weekend.
