Which Fan Base Gives Their QB More Excuses: Chargers Fans With Justin Herbert Or Bears Fans With Justin Fields?

Both of these fan bases are delusional and if I am being real, the Chargers will be completely fine with Herbert if they are fine not winning a Super Bowl. The man had the the ball in his hands with two minutes to go down two points on Sunday. Tua had just drove down the field with 5 minutes left down 4 points and scored a touchdown. Justin Herbert gets the ball in his hands, then is hit with an intentional grounding penalty and then gets sacked twice, giving his team no chance to win the game. Chargers fans will have so many excuses saying how it wasn't his fault since it was the defense's fault. Well Tua didn't have his defense help him either but when he needed to score, he took the ball and put it in the endzone. Stop with the excuses with this guy. He just isn't elite yet. Good quarterback but not elite. 

Justin Fields on the other hand might straight up be bad. Don't get me wrong, he's a great runner. But he made so many mistakes during this game that were his fault. There can't be any excuses about weapons either because Jordan Love was throwing to Romeo Doubs while the Bears actually added some talent with DJ Moore. The fact that there were conversations leading up to the season of Fields being the MVP is actually insane. The Bears were the worst team in the NFL last year and Fields isn't going to be the guy to turn it completely around. 

The bottom line is both fanbases are delusional and have to stop making excuses for their QBs.
