The 'BS High' Documentary Is Worth The Watch Just To See How Crazy Of A Con Man Bishop Sycamore's Creator/Coach Actually Is

I just finished 'BS High' the documentary on that fake ass school Bishop Sycamore. Let me tell you something, that's how you do a documentary (looking at you Swamp Kings). Just in case you somehow missed it, here's the backstory back from when it happened:

I mean the first 2 minutes of the documentary could be enough to show how much of a con man Roy Johnson is. Dude openly admits to taking a body language course so he knew how to look better. He 'jokes' around with the producers about how he should be sitting to make him look better. That sums him up about as well as anything else.

If that's not enough, how about this quote?

[Source] - Indeed, the film concludes with Johnson saying, “After talking to you guys, I can feel the trajectory of my life is going to change significantly,” Roe asks, “For better or worse?” and Johnson says, “Better.” And BS High’s final spoken lines are Johnson saying, “I feel something I haven’t felt in a long time. Peace. What did DJ Khaled say? All we do is win, win, win, no matter what.”

Uhh what? We're talking about winning when you failed a bunch of kids, ruined some lives just because there's a documentary on how big of a con man you are? That ain't winning. I know people like to say there's no such thing as bad press but everyone calling you an asshole and not in a joking way or anything is something different.

If that's not enough, making guys play 2 games in 3 days, not having helmets or anything like that for all the players doesn't make you an asshole, how about this accusation?

With that in mind, it’s worth discussing some potential omissions and undercovered aspects of the Bishop Sycamore story in BS High. The biggest revelation in the documentary is of federal government Paycheck Plan Protection (PPP) loans taken out in players’ names.

It’s strongly hinted that Johnson or someone else with the school was involved with those PPP loans.

I still can't believe what we witnessed. The fact this game was on ESPN against IMG Academy blew everything up. The fact that this was the 2nd fake school. It's all insane and the documentary does a good job actually addressing it. I saw people say some of the stuff they left out:

That's how you do a documentary though. Not trying to suck Urban Meyer's dick and not talk about everything that went on at Florida. They actually called Johnson out for his shit. They made him try to explain everything. They had players, people around the program, etc all talk about it. But this guy is now on the list of all time con men.
