Good Juju Move - Tom Brady Surprised Birmingham City Fans At Local Bars, Buying Everyone A Drink Before A Win Over Leeds

I know the money doesn't matter here, that's not the point. Roughly $600 to Tom Brady is basically us going out and getting a bucket for the table. This is about embracing the lifestyle over there and setting the tone. The whole reason Birmingham City wanted Tom Brady (besides the name, money, etc) involved is they wanted a winning person around. At least that's what they claimed and I'm assuming Eli wasn't available.

You can''t tell me this move didn't work. Birmingham City beat Leeds 1-0 on the same day. Good luck proving that buying beers at a bar for fans desperate to see wins doesn't help translate on the field. It's science at this point. We've seen JJ Watt, Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney all pull the move off. It's smart. It's how you win over fans immediately and buy some time before they want to turn on you if losing is going on.

That said, I gotta see Brady grab a pint with the lads. You can't keep showing up and just buying drinks. If you really want to be embraced start getting a pint and try to drink with them. I know Tom Brady is the healthiest person in the world and follows a strict diet and all that. But you're retired. The best part of being retired is letting loose. Eat what you want, drink what you want.

Some heroes by back companies, some try to help a club get promoted to the Premier League.
