You Owe It To Yourself And Everybody You Love To Dial In Your Brisket Game By The End Of The Summer

One of the best parts of summer is cooking outside. Whether it's just grilling or smoking, there's nothing better than standing next to an open flame with a crispy bold boy while you've got some meat on the cooker.

But the worst thing you can do is be the guy who constantly wants to cook for everybody, but you end up serving them some terrible food. You spend so much time and effort on it that everybody is going to tell you it's good because they don't want to risk hurting your feelings. But is it really all that great? Maybe, maybe not.

At the very least, you should be doing everything you possibly can to make sure that food you're serving to the people you care about in this life is as kick ass as you can possibly make it. As a guy who has cooked over a hundred of these things at this point, I'll give you the Jordie Guarantee that if you follow along with every step of this brisket cook, then your brisket is going to fuck. Heavily.

And if you start to get that brisket dialed in now, it'll be perfect just in time for football season. Now your Sundays just got that much better.
