Kevin Hayes' Wedding Looked Like The Biggest Party Since Stoolapalooza

Kevin Hayes got married over the weekend, which you love to see. I love love, but more importantly it's just great to see Kevin Hayes having a night where he can get after it and have a sick time. It's no secret that it's been a pretty tough stretch for him on and off the ice. He has such an electric personality that it was getting really tough to watch him clearly be so out of sorts with the Flyers last season. But this summer he gets a fresh start by moving to a new team, and then threw one of the biggest party weddings these eyes have ever seen.

Now considering the fact it seems like Hayes has at least one cousin on every single roster in the NHL, you knew the guest list to this soiree was going to bring the heat. But then you add a live performance from Boston's boy Sammy Adams in front of the Royal Family of Dorchester? That room looked like a time machine that went straight back to 2010 Stoolapalooza.

For anyone in that 28-35 range right now, these were the good ol' days. And any chance you get to feel just a little glimpse of that 2009-2015 energy brings you right back into the mix. But when you actually have Sammy Adams on the dance floor throwing it down, then you might want to double check the structural integrity of the building because that roof is about to blow off.

And I'd just like to give an extra shoutout to the mutants over at table 9.

What a crew right there. Johnny Hockey is putting on a clinic. Seems like a guy who would be an absolute demon at weddings, at this clip is all the confirmation you need. You've got Brady Tkachuk proving why he wears a 'C' on his sweater by carrying Hockey on his shoulders the whole time. Legs feed the wolf, baby, and Brady's legs clearly never go hungry. But just in case his legs did start to give out on him there, Matthew Tkachuk is on stand-by making sure the Blue Jackets don't have to send their lawyers after Brady if he ended up dropping their $68 million man. And lastly we have Keith Yandle just vibing out in the back. Keith might be just outside of the age range for this song to be right in his wheelhouse, but you know he's loving the action anyway. If the boys are buzzing, then Yands is buzzing. Big team guy.

So congrats to Kevin Hayes and his lovely wife on the wedding, and thankfully everybody involved still has another month before they have to get ready for training camp. Now let's get back in the time machine to 2012 real quick.
