Gilbert Arenas Hypes Up USA's World Cup Team By Calling Them A 'Sorry Ass Group', Apparently Has No Idea About Superstar Jalen Brunson

I know it's the FIBA World Cup and we don't send our best players to that, but it ain't THIS bad. I'm a sucker for anything Team USA. Love the international aspect of it all, especially since we're typically awesome. Nothing like watching Team USA just beat the shit out of other teams in sports. Plus, Team USA could really use a win right now. 

But come on, a sorry ass group? Must not know that superstar Jalen Brunson and Josh Hart are on the roster. Of course we don't have our biggest names, those guys don't want to play for Team USA anymore. But this group isn't THAT bad: 

Sure as shit this is better than the team that finished 7th last time out. You think we're getting guys like Steph, Jimmy, Tatum, Donovan Mitchell, etc to play in a World Cup right now? Good luck. It's just what it is. Maybe for the Olympics, people still seem to care about that but not the FIBA World Cup. And this is all based on talking with Trae Young. I'm pretty sure if Young really wanted to be on a roster he could find he way on there. That or just politely asks Jalen Brunson not to play. 

Just go win, we need some gold back in America here.
