The Guardians Minor League Team Is Having Jose Ramirez Appreciation Week And Anyone Named Tim Gets Free Tickets To Sit Down on The Grass

This is absolutely fucking bananas. I had to double check three times to make sure this was a real account, and it is. Everyone knows that Minor League Baseball is the Wild Wild West when it comes to promotions to get people to the games, but this one has to take the cake as the best one ever created. Basically an entire weeks festivities of directly making fun of the guy that got knocked to the fucking ground in the big league game.

Like I know the internet right now is full of memes, video mash ups, cheap shots, etc of the situation....but I thought actual organization accounts would probably have to leave that stuff to the common trolls of the internet. Nope, the Lake County Captains got in the ring and gave Tim Anderson another knockout blow. I mean, look at the fucking picture they used! 

I'm not sure that a Tim Anderson walk-off home run to win the World Series would make anyone forget this, but he's gotta do something. He's getting absolutely killed in the streets right now. Maybe he should show up to one of the Captains games? Free ticket for being named Tim.
