An Annual Tradition: Jennifer Lopez Celebrated Her 54th Birthday By Posting A Bikini Picture To Prove She's Immune To Aging

There a couple things here I want to address before you scroll down for gifs and pictures. First, birthday months are fucking stupid (unless you're JLo and can get away with it). You get 1 day for your birthday and that typically ends after you turn 21. That's especially true the moment you become a parent. You don't get any day for yourself. Let alone an entire month. Do you know how many things happen in a month? But when you're rich, famous and looking like this at 54, have the entire year. I don't care. 

Second, I love that this has become a blog tradition. Jennifer Lopez has celebrated many a birthdays over the time of words blogged here. Every year one of us lucky bloggers scoops up the pageviews because Jennifer Lopez is still immune to aging. I mean 54 years old and looking like that? I don't want to know what I'll look like at 54. I'm already a hard 36, I can't add a legal adult to my face and expect to be able to put on a swimsuit and post it. No thank you.  

Think about JLo's career. She started as a dancer on In Living Color - a show that has been off the air for 29 years. That show has graduated college, worked 2-3 jobs and might even be married. Fucking absurd. Hell the notorious dress picture was in 2000
