A Study Has Revealed That Remote Employees Are Actually Working Longer And Harder Than Office Employees

Get the fuuuuuuck outta here. Tip of the cap to the remote employee that conducted this study just to keep him and the boys "working" from home a little bit longer. Nice try, buddy. But after conducting my own study of knowing a few people that got sent home from the office during covid and haven't had to return yet, I can conclude that this study is bullshit. There's a reason that people who are being asked to come back into work are quitting instead, and that's because working from home is an absolute boondoggle.

The fact of the matter is there's not one work from home employee on planet Earth that works as hard or as long as they would in an office. If you want to say that you're more efficient when you don't have to make small talk with other employees that you have to pretend to like, fine. I can listen to that. If you want to say you're more energized without having to make a commute in the morning, okay. But to say you work MORE? Yeah, I guess when you're taking breaks to make breakfast, walk your dog, and take a nap your workday gets longer. But I know you motherfuckers are doing that while on the clock.

My brother, no financial company names please, said he works approximately 2 hours a day out of his 8 hour work day. He saves a couple thousand a month on daycare services, seeing as he can watch his kid while he "works" from home. He also has a fresh new 3 TV setup where he can watch sports, play video games, and on the smallest of monitors, wiggle the mouse around a little bit to show he's working.

Harder and longer. Please. Only thing work from home people are doing harder and longer is napping.
