WATCH: This Burglar Had To Just Give Up On A Robbery Because Nobody Took Him Seriously

This is genuinely one of the funniest videos I've ever seen. It's not often you get to see a criminal come to the realization in real time that it might be time to get an actual job, but that's exactly what we have here. It's awesome.

Do you know how bad you have to be as a burglar to not have a single person in the place you're attempting to rob take you seriously? The one woman gave a cursory hands up and just walked out, but she didn't seem to be trembling with fear. The guy behind the counter just gave a confused, "Hello," to this nice gentleman futilely requesting everyone's money.

This was so poorly executed I don't know if you could even convict this guy of a crime. Sure, he "attempted" a robbery, but did he really? There should be a clause in every state law that says if a crime goes so poorly that no victims take you seriously at any point or ever feel like they're in real danger, you can't receive jail time.

Imagine getting to the big house and everybody has seen this video. Nightmare fuel. You'd have to just do those years in solitary, because I can assure you that is a better fate than the never-ending ridicule that would come your way in gen pop.

No chance this guy slept that night. He just had the moment right before he walked out playing over and over in his head. Brutal scenes.
