Breaking News: Golden Tate Apparently Golfs Barefoot, Absolutely Stripes His Driver And Also Dominates Softball In Boat Shoes

Country singer Parker McCollum played golf with Golden Tate this week & had some key takeaways: 

I can neither confirm nor deny, but McCollum does have an Insta story posted from Sweetens Cove golf course in the boondoggles of nowhere outside Chattanooga, Tennessee, so he very well could have been there with Tate, who very well could have been very nice, barefoot, and absolutely striping his driver. 

There wasn't anything on Tate's socials showing he was there, but he is an avid golfer. In fact, just a week ago on June 20th he posted a Twitter video promoting a new golf shoe. (Tough look for that shoe if he's going without it altogether.) Also, in a shock to no one I don't hit the links much myself, but I did see people in the replies talking about how nice it is to golf barefoot sometimes. Is this a thing? I'd imagine the grass is so nice you do get a hankering to sink your toes in a little. 

In case you're like me & not much of a golfer, the replies had another Tate shoe revelation that might help you at your next beer league softball game: boat shoes.
