43 Year Old Venus Williams Winning Three Hour Matches Against Top 50 Opponents Is Unbelievable

Regardless if you watch tennis or not, there's a couple familiar names in the women's game that are timeless, and one of them just secured an unbelievable win at age 43 over a top 50 player in a THREE HOUR match. Venus continues to do the near impossible. It's only her 2nd win in 2 years, her first time beating a top 50 player in 3, and she's still going out and competing in a WAR for over 3 hours. Resilience is a powerful thing, and through a hurt knee, somehow someway Venus is finding a way like the Williams sisters have done for so long. And if you didn't have a reason to like her before, remember she's a giant Nicky Clicky stan:

I'm at a real crossroads as the biggest Camila Giorgi fan in the office, you'll see why in a second, but it is awesome to see Venus win and lose with humility every single time. It's impossible to not root for her to make a push at this tournament, especially going into Wimbledon in just a few weeks where she has the opportunity to continue playing her favorite surface to try and get a couple more crazy wins under her belt before it's all said and done.
