The Oakland A's Studio Host Breaking Down While Discussing The Young A's Fans Being Left Behind After Their Team Moves To Vegas Is Toughhhhh To Watch

As a wise man once said around these parts..."#SOMETHINGS".

I can't lie, it's been a rough patch for my baseball fandom the couple of few weeks as my team simply refuses to win a game in the rare chances they actually pull off a W to the point I would love to just wake up when the season is over to see if my beloved Mets actually made the playoffs by some miracle.

However that video of Brodie Brazil (unbelievable name btw) pouring his guts out because he saw a kid wearing an Oakland A's hat that will essentially be an old relic of the past really hits home about how bad the rest of us truly have it. Sure we may say we hate this silly sport or how stupid it is that we are so invested for every pitch of 9+ innings during every single game of a 162 game season or how it wouldn't be the worst thing if our team ceased to exist (I said the last one during the darkest days of the Wilpon Era because I wasn't sure if I wanted my kids to endure my pain as a Mets fan and I sure as shit didn't want to endure the pain of raising Yankees fans).

But in the end, all the fans of teams not owned by dickheads like John Fisher should be thrilled they haven't been subject to shit like this that has been true since the goddamn 90s.

Not to mention having to hear drivel like this from a commissioner that has clearly been fine with their franchise getting fucked from every angle that led to one of the most dreadful opening two months you will see in any sport.

Now A's fans get to choose rooting for the team that left their city for soulless Las Vegas, a local team like the Giants that many of their fans may hate like poison since familiarity breeds contempt, or they just root for their fantasy baseball team while all the kids in the area root for local teams in other sports like the Raiders.

All this shit is fucking sad and that's before I bring up ol' Shawn Lynch seeing the third and final team in Oakland get snatched for greener and golder pastures.

The point of this blog is to love your team no matter how much they piss you off because they can be gone the minute the owner and commish find a better spot for them (Again, unless your team is owned by one of the greedy assholes that refuses to treat it like an actual Major League Baseball club. Fuck them and the horse they will ride out on the millisecond they can).
