Scorsese's 'Killers of the Flower Moon' Just Dropped It's First Teaser And I Am Cinematically Bricked Up
Members of the Osage tribe in the United States are murdered under mysterious circumstances in the 1920s, sparking a major F.B.I. investigation involving J. Edgar Hoover.
If you haven't heard of this movie yet, it is based on a really popular non-fiction book about the Oklahoma murders. I haven't read it yet, but everyone I know that has absolutely loves it. The movie itself, which apparently clocks in at 3-1/2 hours long, has been in the works for a while and was hurt bad by COVID delays.
But enough with the technical bullshit. This trailer was god damn awesome. Scorsese's signature look adapted into the old west setting with Leo giving detective monologues in an old west drawl? Sign me up. That's Wind River prequel in my eyes. Plus, this will be the follow up role for the oscar-winning actor Brendan Fraser, who can't get excited about that?
This hits theaters october 6th.
