Thunder Head Coach Lines Up For His First Tee Shot While Playing With Phil Mickelson And Launches It ... Into A Camera 3 Feet Away

This is going to give me nightmares. Not because I'm a Thunder fan or plan on holding a giant camera near a tee box. But because Thursday night is my league night. This is all I'm going to be thinking about now. Lining up my first tee shot, getting comfortable over the ball, visualizing in my head the little drop fade in front of my pals, only to drill it off of one of their shins. Sure, they aren't Phil, but they are still a teammate and guys I'm playing against in a league. I can't have this thought in my head. Can't be worried about a little slip or lifting up and having to play my 2nd from the same exact distance just in the rough.

Shit, when I first read 'off my camera' I was ready to watch a video of a missile. I figured Daigneault was so fired up about Shai Gilgeous-Alexander making All-NBA that he'd just pipe one. I didn't think it was a literal off my camera shot coming. Laugh out loud funny to see it from two different angles though.

This is why a breakfast ball is created though. I don't care if you go to the range or not. You get up to that first tee as an amateur in the back of your mind you think 'well I might have two chances here.' You do the thing where you casually toss out 'so before we tee off, how do you feel about a breakfast ball on 1? Back is a little tight, haven't played much lately.' You're just hoping someone else agrees - they always do. No one wants to be the person to say no to a breakfast ball before the tee shot..

The laugh by the camera guy is BRUTAL. Hilarious. But that's the last thing you want to hear after that drive. Nothing good comes from a laugh after a drive.
