Jackelina Is Making A Legitimate Run At Irina For The WOAT On This Season Of Love Is Blind

Jackelina started off Season 4 of Love is Blind whittling down her love interests to two. She was between the more rugged, tough Josh and the more sensitive, caring Marshall. She ended up picking Marshall in the pods and Marshall fought for his woman and won. Or so we thought...

Their meeting was so nice and genuine. I had high hopes for these two.

This was Jackie's first relationship and she definitely had some things to get used to.

But the signs started to emerge on vacation as despite things looking peachy on the surface, Jackie started to have internal doubts. One night she was seemingly bed-ridden and tear-filled for some unknown reason. She was "having a moment", something that would become a theme as their story went on.

She had another moment when she was about to meet Marshall's family. It could appear that she was just nervous or overwhelmed, but deep down, I think Jackie always knew this wasn't it.

And that's ok. It's ok to have moments and to not be ok with your choice from the pods. But things got personal with Jackie and Marshall and boiled over when Jackie told Marshall to "boss up" and take charge in the bedroom. It seems that she wants to be treated a little rougher and Marshall wasn't "man enough" to do that to her. Marshall took this poorly and left for three days allegedly. Upon his return he tried to make things right, but it seems Jackie had made the decision internally to end things.

They began living separately and attended Chelsea's birthday party, arriving at different times. Things were clearly starting to boil over, and that's when Josh re-entered the picture. In a master stroke of genius by Netflix, Jackie's other love interest from the pods comes into the fold and Jackie questions what she wants altogether.

Marshall tries to make things right and after the party presses Jackie on how they can make things work. Jackie is tired and wants to go to sleep, but Marshall wants some clarity on where they stand. Jackie is clearly beyond the point of no return and this conversation just goes as another negative into Marshall's column in Jackie's mind.

The next time they meet, Jackie officially breaks up with Marshall, but pulls an interesting move. When Marshall asks for the engagement ring back, Jackie declines.

In her confessional-style interview after, Jackie cites she's not sure if she wants Josh, she just knows she doesn't want Marshall. That's all fair, but Marshall was this season's sweetheart. Seemingly doing no wrong and just wanting to treat his girl right. Jackie wasn't having any of it and couldn't get further away from Josh and did him dirty with their breakup in treating him like complete dogshit. Whether Jackie is with Josh or someone else moving forward, that person better be prepared to take on a whole lot of baggage if they commit to her as she does not seem like a stable partner.
