Dream Night: Will Ferrell Was Drinking Beers, Hanging Out With 50 Cent And Draining Threes At An NBA Game

I know celebrities aren't normal people. They get to do what they want. But Will Ferrell lived out a dream night in Indianapolis of all places. I mean, fuck the Pacers (and Reggie Miller forever), but this is still high on my list of dream nights. Go get some shots up in an NBA arena? Yes please. I don't know how his shot went in but it went in. That form is hideous. Might as well go full Jackie Moon and shoot it grandma style. I got to do a layup and quick jumper once at MSG during the NIT when I was 12. Shout out Robert O'Kelley and Wake. Now I'm 35 and still want to go relive that moment. There's something awesome about just getting shots up and then multiply that by an NBA arena. 

Step 1 achieved.

Then there's the guy he hung out with: 

I mean this screams early 2000s. This screams glory days. Will Ferrell making great comedy after great comedy. 50 dropping music we all listened to. Look at the joy they have in each other. Those two had a night. No doubt they hit Broad Ripple after and had a drink together. All that was missing here was like Carson Daly doing a TRL segment and it would have been peak 2000s. 

Oh and because Will Ferrell is an adult. He just got to drink some beers and hang out in the locker room:

I love how Will Ferrell just shows up at sporting events now. Dude loves it. 

This is exactly what I'd do if I were rich and a celebrity. Show up to sporting events, get a couple drinks, hang out. That's the dream. I know people can get annoyed by Will Ferrell but his run of SNL, Old School, Elf, Anchorman, Kicking and Screaming, Wedding Crashers, Talladega Nights and Step Brothers is elite.
