Damian Lillard Went Absolutely Nuts And Dropped 71 Vs. Houston On Sunday Night

As a guy who bets NBA props daily, I've taken notice to what Damian Lillard has been doing lately. He's scored 30+ points in eight of his last 10 games and is averaging 36.1 points per game over that stretch. The Trail Blazers are also dealing with some key injuries with their #2 scorer Anfernee Simons out along with the Bosnian Beast, Jusuf Nurkic sidelined. In Lillard's last three games he's scored 38, 40, and 39 points. The line for his points on Sunday night was a ridiculous 36.5. It's almost like Derrick Henry in the NFL where you see his rushing prop being 103.5 and you can't see yourself taking the over because it's so astronomically high, but you just know it'll hit. 

Well tonight against a bad and beat up Rockets team came into Portland missing both Jalen Green and Kevin Porter Jr and Lillard took advantage. Dame got started early.

He finished the 1st half with 41 points! And he didn't slow down in the 2nd half either. It wasn't just 3s, he got nasty at the rim with this flush.

He surpassed his career high of 61 points in the 4th Quarter and kept going…

He finished with an absurd 71 points with a line of 22/38 shooting including 13/22 from downtown and 14/14 from the line. Insanity. The Trail Blazers won 131-114, but Lillard's performance was an all-timer.
