X-Games Legend Travis Pastrana Is Officially Running The Daytona 500 this Sunday

Last night motorsport legend Travis Pastrana qualified for the Daytona 500 for 23XI Racing, in a car owned by Denny Hamlin and Michael Jordan. He's pretty much done it all aside from run the 500 which seemed like a big deal to him based on this clip. Luckily the boys at 23XI hooked him up with a FAST ride and he was able to lock himself in.

Pastrana will join NASCAR veteran and driver/team owner Jimmie Johnson who was the other car qualifying for the 500 on speed. 

Jimmie Johnson returns to NASCAR as a part time driver and team owner of Legacy Motor Club. The 7-time Cup champion left NASCAR in 2020 but returns this season on a part time basis starting Sunday.

Make sure to tune in to Fox at 1:30pm on Sunday for the Great American Race.

And Malcom in the Middle / Big Fat Liar fans be sure to tune in on Saturday as Frankie Muniz makes his NASCAR debut racing in the ARCA series. He'll drive the #30 Ford for Rette Jones Racing at Daytona and in several other races.
