Watch This When You're High - How Are Ski Lifts Built?

Was skiiing out in Colorado last week and whenever I'm on a ski lift I'm always mesmerized at how the hell humans are smart enough, and capable enough, to construct something so massive, on such harsh terrain. Seeing how incredibly difficult it actually is to construct makes you respect it even more.

(But it still doesn't justify a fucking $300 lift ticket)
