Love These Iowa State Fans Who Ignored Security Guards Threats And Taunted Tyrese Hunter With Monopoly Money

So the quick backstory is Tyrese Hunter transferred from Iowa State to Texas. Let me be more specific actually. Tyrese Hunter was a stud freshman who helped Iowa State's season last year and decided to transfer to Texas. This is his first game back at Hilton (just an unreal arena) and security guards were worried:

Not exactly sure how you can kick someone out for saying Tyrese. It's legit just a name. It's even a name of a damn good former Iowa State player! Maybe they love Tyrese Haliburton so much they want to show him some appreciation, I don't know. But quick shout out to this security guard who simply didn't give a fuck:

I know why they threw money - Texas NIL clearly had a lot to offer a player like Hunter. But, I won't ever blame anyone for getting as much money as they can. That's just .. smart. But I love the entire student section coming together for a simple chant. Those students have every right to be pissed at Tyrese Hunter and to be fair .. Hunter should be allowed to talk shit back. Everyone agreed shit talking is fine. 

Decent start for Hunter - 9 points in the first 10 minutes or so as I blog this. Either way, good job all around. But most importantly shout out the security guard who told everyone to do whatever. 

PS: I loathe that this game is on streaming only. Call me an old, I don't care. I want the big games on regular channels. Let me just quickly hop back and forth without having to hit an input button and then go to a different channel.
