In An Unprecedented Move, Taco Bell Is Adding Fries To Their Menu Full Time
What?!?! WHAT!?!?!?!? Taco Bell is adding Nacho Fries to their menu for the rest of eternity? For starters I'm gonna be as transparent as possible here, I barely knew these nacho fries even existed as the only time I enjoy the glory that is Taco Bell is when I'm intoxicated and I'm a one trick pony when it comes to that. I log on to door dash or uber eats or whatever app I choose to use at the time and go STRAIGHT to cheesy gordita crunches and quesadillas. No time to even see the word fries on that menu when we're in that state.
Having said that, I don't really see where they fit on the menu? So I have no fucking clue how it's going on there full time. Since the dawn of time french fries go with things like burgers, hot dogs, sandwiches, but tacos? I truly cannot imagine any rational human sitting down with a cheesy gordita crunch or a crunchwrap supreme while genuinely looking forward to take a bite of their taco bell fry? I guess taco bell just really isn't a food I envision fries being a necessity in due to there just being so many good items. Why get a side of fries when you can get a side of a doritos locos taco? Or chipotle chicken melt? Or spicy potato taco? You catch my drift? It's just too good!
Not to mention this is a move to compete with other places like McDonald's for the lunch hour! Taco Bell I'm sure already does great around dinner. They obviously destroy late night. And LET ME TELL YOU I hope they do damn good in breakfast because their breakfast items are must try. Moral of the story: I wish them in luck in their french fry endeavors, but I just don't see it.
