Unbelievably electric home run from Josh Naylor. Just a complete no doubter across the board. Gotta imagine it feels good especially after letting his boys down last night in the 9th. Emotions obviously flying high this time of year and basically the only justification for committing full fledged assault against against Gerrit Cole on that celebration. Never in my life have I seen such profound verbal abuse mid HR trot. That's the loose cannon Canadian gene dominating Naylor's brain in that moment and I think it's just instinct at that point? Like there's no way you can plan that kind of emotion in advance. That was just a pure eruption of lunacy brought on by the competition. 

And even so, one of his teammates is definitely getting drilled in retaliation. If not tonight, then tomorrow. And if not tomorrow, then absolutely within the first inning of their first 2023 match up. Right or wrong. Stupid or smart. Pussy or whatever you want to say about this kind of back and forth - you can't escape rocking the baby then calling the New York Yankees #1 pitcher your little fucking son. So that's 100% going to happen.
