It has been a rollercoaster of a decade for Syracuse Basketball. Take a look at the ups and downs that this program has seen over the last 10 years:

2013: 30-10, Final Four

2014: 28-6, NCAA Tournament Round of 32

2015: 18-13, Self-Imposed Postseason Ban

2016: 23-14, Final Four

2017: 19-15, NIT Second Round

2018: 23-14, Sweet Sixteen

2019: 20-14, NCAA Tournament Round of 64

2020: 18-14, COVID

2021: 18-10, Sweet Sixteen

2022: 16-17, no postseason

But after CBS' Jon Rothstein took a visit to Central New York earlier this week, it was revealed that Head Coach Jim Boeheim is very confident about this year's version of the Orange:

"We're going to be in the NCAA Tournament. This is the best team we've had in a while." - Jim Boeheim to Jon Rothstein

As a Syracuse alum, I absolutely love the optimism here from the Hall of Famer. Sure, the deep tournament runs have been great to see, but it is time for this program to return to the dominant status it had during the Big East and early ACC days. And if the man at the helm is feeling good, then I am feeling good. Go Orange.
