Rick Ross Was Baffled To Find Out That Joe Budden Doesn't Think He Is A Top 13 Rapper Of All-Time

You can look at Joe Budden's face and see he didn't believe Rick Ross belonged in this rapper conversation. This is why I like Joe Budden, because anytime he is asked this question even in front of other rappers he will give it to you straight. He straight up laughed in Rick Ross' face here when he was asked if he was leaning towards him being closer to the best rapper.  I actually like Rick Ross so lets start ranking the top rappers. I believe I can give you 22 rappers better than Rick Ross off the top of my head. I need to have some disclaimers in here. I am not going to give reasons why on everyone but I think all of these rappers are far better than Rick Ross. Some are understandably arguable: 

Nothing in order, Drake, Lil Wayne, Biggie, 2 Pac, JZ, Eminem, Snoop Dogg, 50 Cent, Kanye, Kendrick Lamar, Nas, Andre 3000, DMX, Ice Cube, J. Cole, Future, T.I, Meek Mill, Young Thug, Lil Uzi, Nikki Minaj, and Rone. 

Those are 22 better rappers than Rick Ross in my opinion and I am sure all of the comments will agree. I want some people reacting like Lil Wayne did when he found out Gucci Mane was a top 5 rapper and not Eminem. 

I think that a lot of this has to do with how old you are. Tons of people my age wouldn't even put Ice Cube on this list because they think he is an actor from 21 jump street. Obviously he was huge with N.W.A but once he left that group he might have been even bigger on his own, and yes I watched the movie if you couldn't tell. This is the perfect list. 

Husslin and Stay Schemin are good but I don't think he compares to all of those above. by the way, do you think Rick Ross would have the same fame if he went by his real name William Leonard? I think his fame would take a hit because if I told you William Leonard was coming by to rap you would leave the room and call it a day. 

Again I think if you asked Ross honestly he would put a lot of these people before him.
