Jalen Hurts is everything that you could ask for out of a leader. He's the kind of guy who is going to set an incredibly high standard for himself and everyone around him. Then he's going to push himself and everyone around him to reach that standard, and he's going to hold himself and everyone around him accountable if they fail to reach it. He'll prove it with his words, he'll prove it with his actions. It also helps that he's a smooth and handsome bastard. I feel like it's always way easier to follow dudes who are cool as shit. Might be a factoring reason why the locker room feels way different now with Jalen in the center of it than the locker room felt with Carson. But that's besides the point.
The fact of the matter is that Jalen Hurts is as good as it gets leadership-wise in the NFL. He's so good, in fact, that it almost made Michael Irvin explode ejaculate everywhere after hearing this quote. Now a quick correction is in order here.
