PGA Tour 2k23 Needs To Make Shooter McGavin And Happy Gilmore Playable Characters

*Inhales deeply* MAKE SHOOTER MCGAVIN AND HAPPY GILMORE PLAYABLE CHARACTERS IN PGA 2K23!

I'll shout it from the mountain tops if I need to!

Think about how sick that would be to have a Happy vs Shooter game mode. This would make people go nuts. I love what 2k is doing by bringing in Michael Jordan and possibility other celebrities - but Shooter vs Happy may be the greatest rivalry in Golf's history. I would just love to see clips and gameplay of the 2 going head to head on some ridiculously absurd created courses.

Or hear me out here…imagine you were able to have a play through of the Happy Gilmore storyline. I know it's an absurd idea but how much fun would it be to meet Chubbs Peterson (pre and post hand). As you progress through Happy's career, he's continuously developing his skills to match what they would be. So in his early rounds, he has 120 driving power, 20 putting and so on. By the time he finally has to make that ridiculous putt to win, he's a maxed out legend!

Anyways, I think gaming in general has become too serious in a sense. There's a reason why people love games like Fall Guys - it's something silly and stupid that provides great entertainment. PGA 2k is an awesome game and series, so I'd love to see them incorporate a silly factor even more. In 2k21, they did a great job with the Divot Derby game mode, where you're racing via a timer to beat an opponent as opposed to traditional stroke play. Almost like Mario Golf IRL…

There's no doubt Happy + Shooter in 2k23 would be sick. I have no clue how realistic this would be to add into the game, but it would definitely make people go crazy.
