Jake Plummer's Mushrooms + Thank You, AWL's: Grit Week 2022 Day 2 Recap

Day 2 of Grit Week is in the books, and it was a big one. We began the morning on a trip from Boulder to Fort Lupton, the home of Jake Plummer's Mushroom Farm. It was definitely one of the most unique places I have been to, and it was really cool to see the passion that Plummer has for growing mushrooms. Mr. Cat and Mr. Commenter interviewed the former NFL quarterback in one of the rooms where the magic happens.
