Adult Autograph Seekers Should Be Put On Neighborhood Watch Lists

I knew Joe from Impractical Jokers was down bad after leaving the show, but to stoop to this level? Mouthing off and elbowing a kid out of the way like your life is on the line for a random baseball player's autograph. Who elbows a kid like that and doesn't apologize in the next second? Bizarre human behavior. No chance that guy has a family right? Maybe they realized he's this big of a loser and now he's trying to get autographs to pay for alimony. 

If I'm trying to move my family to a neighborhood I need to know how many of these weirdos are in the area before I make my decision. This guy should be in jail if we're being honest with each other. We must put an end to these people.
