Here I am on a Monday morning dealing with a ton of shit. Had to rush my 2.5 year old son to urgent care last night, now gotta work with him on his 10th straight viewing of Cars. Then I happened to catch a break from Lightning McQueen and see a true champion. Ana Maria Markovic, the most beautiful soccer player in the world. Let me tell you something, I'm not here to argue with the ruling. Neither is she, just don't call her sexy (h/t DailyStar)

German outlet 20min interviewed the star where she was asked about a recent piece that called her a ‘blonde bombshell.’ “I liked the articles that called me the most beautiful footballer or one of the most beautiful because it makes me happy to hear that I am beautiful,” she replied.

"But then newspaper articles appeared in which I was described as the sexiest footballer. I didn't like that. Also because of my family. I think you have to be careful what you write about people. Especially if you have ones that do not know. But overall it wasn't that bad.”

So I'm going to follow the rules and call her the most beautiful soccer player in the world. She probably just edged out Christian Pulisic if we're being honest. And hey she's a damn good soccer player too. Plays for the Croatian national team which means she gets to wear the best jerseys in the game:
