The Storm Chasers Magic Continues To Work - TCU Gets Its Star Back And Has A Legit Chance To Be A Top-10 Team Next Season
I've talked about the Storm Chasers having some magical powers. I'm convinced of if strictly based on their hit rate and what happens to those teams. One of those was TCU, who embraced the Storm Chasers like none other.
TCU probably should have beat Arizona in the Round of 32 after being the shit out of Seton Hall. But now? Now they are looking at a top-10 team next season with the news of Mike Miles coming back. I love everything about his game. He could improve his outside shooting, but whatever. This is a young team that is going to bring back basically everyone. Guys like Eddie Lampkin, Emmanuel Miller, Damion Baugh and Micah Peavy all surround Miles. Not to mention they have Jamie Dixon - think Pitt wants him back? Could probably use him if we're being honest.
Yeah, they are in the Big 12 and you have teams like Baylor, Texas Tech, Texas and Kansas to deal with. But TCU is going to be in that top tier a year from now. I'm calling it now. I am sort of scared how much I'm going to talk myself into this team as a potential future bet at +6600 on Barstool Sportsbook right now.
Either way, it feels like we're starting to get more teams like TCU build something.
