Addressing My Shrek Pick In This Week's Snake Draft

OMG Dave that was SUCH A BAD PICK!!! Get the fuck out of my face you lemmings. If Carl doesn't walk out of the room in a fit of anger because he was on a 48 hour bender where he didn't sleep before Illinois blew it, none of you would be bitching either. 

Take Cons for instance. He started ripping on me for the pick because he saw the rest of the internet was ripping on me for the pick:

Oh what's that? Cons hasn't even seen Shrek???

You don't say!!! 

Check the time stamps he says!!!!!! Uhhhh I did Cons. You said TWO WEEKS AGO you haven't ever seen it!!! 

What a fucking bananahead Captain Cons is. Caught in a lie he spun up with his lemming little hands. Of course I called him out on in and he ghosts me after asking if he's seen it or not. 

And to those who say it's not a comedy... what the fuck is it? Just because it's not of the same ilk as Old School or w/e doesn't make it not a comedy. It's an animated comedy. Google it. Sure, it might not be as purely "funny" as others, but it's arguably the best movie of everything drafted. I'm very on record as saying I can't stand when Will Ferrell is the lead in movies. When he's a side character like Ashley Schaeffer or the dude in Wedding Crashers or Frank in Old School, he's beyond funny. Kicking and Screaming? The ice skating movie? Both HORRENDOUS movies. Absolute fucking awful movies. Talladega Nights fucking sucked too, IMO. Step Brothers and Anchorman were both pretty good.

Shrek was better than all of them and I wouldn't have picked those movies above in a million years over Shrek, even if we're boiling each movie down to pure "funny" instead of what's the best all around movie.
