James Harden Stinking Up The Joint Last Night And Then Heading Right To The Club Is Very On Brand

OK, this is pretty funny. I'm not someone who thinks NBA players can't have normal lives after work. As soon as their job is over they can do whatever they want in my opinion. We do forget sometimes that they are actual people who probably give way less of a shit than we do as fans. But the optics here are just too funny to ignore. After a night where the Sixers got demolished in the biggest game of their season, a game that had a playoff feel right from the jump and Harden gave us a classic James Harden playoff performance

Him leaving the arena and immediately going to the club is too perfect. It's odd, I do wonder where a certain type of video was after last night. Let's not forget that when the Sixers win and Harden looks great, he's quick to get something like this out there to the internet

The propaganda was in full swing. Things didn't quite work out the same last night, that's interesting.

Deep down this has to be the fear right? That they traded someone who won't shoot in big games for someone who most definitely will shoot in big games only he's going to go 3-17. It's not like last night was a new thing for Harden. Ask any Rockets fan if they've ever seen that performance before. It's just comforting to know that no matter what city or franchise Harden plays for, he'll always be committed to his first true love. The club and partying. I've long said the fact that Harden can party his dick off until ungodly hours of the day and then immediately show up and be one of the best offensive players the NBA has ever seen is wildly impressive. It adds to his legacy in my opinion.

I mean, this was Harden just a few weeks ago

So obviously he's going to be doing the same shit as a Sixer. It's in his blood. On some level, this has to make you a little nervous if you're someone who is relying on Harden to win a championship. It may only be March 11th, but it does look like James Harden is in full playoff form, both on and off the floor.
