The Buccaneers Hinted At A Potential Tom Brady Return

The NFL Combine opened yesterday and Buccaneers GM Jason Licht had his first media availability since Tom Brady announced he was stepping away from the game. Peter Schrager asked Licht on Good Morning Football if they could quickly FaceTime Brady and just ask him to return for another season. Licht responded with a clever Motel 6 reference that hinted at the possibility of a potential return:

Bucs Head Coach Bruce Arians spoke later and reiterated that they'd love to have Brady back if he was open to it.

He doubled down on that later.

So would it be possible for Tom Brady to come back? Licht and Arians were peppered with questions about what they'll do in Free Agency of the Draft, but it seems like the Bucs won't be taking any big swings.

So as a Bucs fan, I'm looking at either: Tom Brady, Blaine Gabbert, or Kyle Trask as my starting Quarterback next year. I will say I like one of those options way more than the others. Maybe it all works out and TB12 changes his mind. After today, it's obvious I'm not the only one that's hopeful for that too.
