Pat McAfee May Be Wrestling Vince McMahon (76 Years Old) At WrestleMania
What the shit?! Is this true? Could Pat McAfee really be wrestling a 76-year-old Vince McMahon at WrestleMania?!
That's certainly the word on the street right now, and quite frankly - I'm stunned.
Vince McMahon hasn't wrestled an official "match" since WrestleMania XXVI, TWELVE YEARS AGO, where he took on Bret Hart in what many consider one of the worst WrestleMania matches of all time. Granted, he wasn't working the most nimble version of Bret at that point, but man - I just don't know how this'll work over a decade later! Vince Jr ain't no spring chicken anymore!
Maybe Austin Theory (who has been working an ongoing storyline with Vince) would be McMahon's fighting champion instead of him getting in the ring himself?! Kinda like how he elected Umaga to take on Bobby Lashley at WrestleMania 23?!
I did hear that Pat would have a match at Mania a few weeks back from a trustworthy source who mentioned Logan Paul working the show as well (also true), so I believe it - I just don't know how you set up OR put together a halfway decent/believable match with those two. I'm happy as hell for Pat, though, cause SHEESH - what a spotlight! Tough for the spotlight to get bigger than that!
Pat's literally never disappointed in the WWE when the pressure is on him either, so don't underestimate their ability to figure this out enough for it to be a fun time no matter what....
I'm sure it'll have plenty of smoke-and-mirrors involved, as something like this pretty much HAS to, and old man Vince strutting his ass down the 100-yard WrestleMania ramp is gonna pop everyone online….

Oh, and if they actually deliver on Stone Cold vs Kevin Owens I won't complain about a single thing on EITHER night on WrestleMania. It really seems like it's shaping up to be a really fun, memorable year though, which is MUCH needed after the last few years.
